🕒 Return Window
Customers can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving their order.
If you live in a lower service area, delivery or pickup may take up to 10 days.
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received a wrong item or size.
You are not satisfied with the quality or fit of your order.
All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
🎥 Return Proof
For everyone’s safety and transparency, we require a 360° unboxing video at the time of opening your package.
This video helps us verify any damage or issue with your product.
(Returns without video proof may not be accepted.)
💸 Refund Method
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
(UPI, Paytm, Razorpay, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
Refunds are usually completed within 2–3 business days after quality check and approval.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping cost depends on the reason:
If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong — Wiziflay covers the shipping.
If it’s a personal choice return (change of mind, dislike, etc.) — customer bears the return cost.
